Spend a Sunday morning in the company of other women in a nurturing and fun environment. During this two hour session you will be lead through dance/movement therapy and drama therapy activities that promote your sense of connection to yourself and community. Participants will also be given creative writing prompts that promote freedom of self expression and voice. No prior experience is necessary!
