About the event

Join our Therapeutic Improv Workshop for Women this January on three consecutive Sundays.

Tired of feeling like you’re not “good enough” for improv? Our workshop is not about performing or being witty; it’s a gentle, healing experience rooted in drama therapy.

💖 Why Therapeutic Improv?

• No performance pressure; you can’t do it wrong!

• Develop self-confidence and enhance interpersonal communication.

• Create a supportive community to explore and challenge limiting beliefs.

🎭 What To Expect:

1️⃣ First Hour: Engage in light-hearted drama games promoting laughter, tension release, and deeper connections. Share thoughts and feelings with the group, fostering trust.

2️⃣ Second Hour: Explore a writing prompt to enhance group intimacy. Share your writings through an improvisational monologue, taking the risk to be seen authentically.

🌈 Facilitator: Lucia Severtson

• Founder of The Brave Women’s Transformation Project LLC.

• Licensed psychotherapist in Colorado, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

• Trained expressive arts therapist ensuring an emotionally safe space.
